About Me

I am interested in the deeper questions that we all face at times...why are we here, what are we called to do, what does all of this mean?  I enjoy exploring these parts of the human existence, with warmth, humor, and an appreciation for the mysteries of life.

I have lived and worked internationally, speak conversational French, and value having a deep understanding of the many parts and facets of my client's lives and identities.

In addition to a psychologist, I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a friend - all roles I am endlessly grateful for.  I am a dedicated yoga practitioner, a lover of philosophy, and enjoy snowboarding, being outdoors, and eating out.

Below are some experiences that my therapeutic approach is well-suited for:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship Difficulties

  • Life Transitions

  • Professional/Career Issues

  • College/Graduate School Issues

  • Difficulties with Self-Esteem

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Spirituality Concerns

  • Gender Identity Support

  • LGBT Counseling

  • Grief, Loss, or Bereavement

People and relationships come in all colors, shapes, and combinations.

I view it as my privilege to walk along side of you, in your life as you have lived it, and to learn about who you are and what matters to you.

I work with clients from all types of backgrounds and walks of life, and value diversity in all of its forms.
