About Me
I am interested in the deeper questions that we all face at times...why are we here, what are we called to do, what does all of this mean? I enjoy exploring these parts of the human existence, with warmth, humor, and an appreciation for the mysteries of life.

I have lived and worked internationally, speak conversational French, and value having a deep understanding of the many parts and facets of my client's lives and identities.

In addition to a psychologist, I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a friend - all roles I am endlessly grateful for. I am a dedicated yoga practitioner, a lover of philosophy, and enjoy snowboarding, being outdoors, and eating out.
